Olive is a jeweller based in North East London who creates bespoke pieces in recycled sterling silver and gold. Primarily self-taught, and with a background in fine art, her jewellery practice evolved through a playful exploration of materials and processes.

Many of Olive’s pieces are carefully hand-carved or sculpted in wax and are then transformed into metal using traditional casting techniques (lost-wax, sand, and cuttlefish bone casting). Olive embraces the textured surfaces and unexpected outcomes that develop through experimentation with these methods.

Sustainability and ethics are central to Olive’s practice. By working with recycled metals and maintaining small-scale, studio-based production, Olive aims to create jewellery that is responsibly made and durable.
