Hi, I’m Olive! I’m a sculptor/jeweller, originally from the seaside town of Hastings, now based in London. I’ve been making jewellery since 2021, when I first began wax carving.

From 2016 to 2020, I studied Fine Art at Kingston School of Art, where I explored painting, printmaking and installation before moving towards sculpture in my final year. My art background continues to inform my work, and I’m grateful for this less traditional route into the profession.

Spiralling, knotted, and twisted forms appear often in my work, as do found objects like pebbles and seaglass (which I collect avidly), combined with precious stones.

I love the way that jewellery can be held, worn, imbued with stories, passed from one hand to another, lost, and found - I’ve come to realise that this is what makes jewellery distinct from other forms of sculpture.
